Local Incentives

The City of Raton and the County of Colfax both offer incentives for qualifying applicants through their Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) Ordinances which include:

• Land the City/County is willing to lease, sell, or grant
• Buildings the City/County are willing to lease, sell, or grant
• Infrastructure the City/County is willing to build, extend, or expand
• Property tax abatement
• Industrial revenue bonds
• Customized incentives through the State LEDA Closing Fund
